San Telmo is a young wine, fruity and fresh. It has delicate floral aroma with sweet fruity notes. In mouth it has hint of citruses, apricot, hints of honey and minerality. It is full bodied with delicately crisps with a medium level of acidity. Shellfish and cheese is the right food pairing.
