A quintessential London Dry Gin, Beefeater has a remarkably clean flavour, with a bold juniper character that is balanced with strong notes of citrus. This gin is produced from 100% grain spirit. Beefeater Gin contains nine different botanicals: juniper, angelica root, angelica seeds, coriander seeds, liquorice, almonds, orris root, seville oranges, and lemon peel.
A proprietary gin, made from scratch in our unique triple-bubble still. The extreme copper contact delivers uncompromising character and flavour. We are fanatical about our botanicals; citrus, pepper and spice. Only the worthy are selected. But ultimately, it's in juniper we trust. The beating heart of a gin made by zealots, for zealots.
Grain neutral spirit (at 96% ABV) is infused with the all-natural flavours and aromas of BULLDOG Gin’s 12 distinctive botanicals inside a copper pot still. This allows the gin ingredients to macerate in the spirit before distilling, to release their essential oils, resulting in the creation of vapour.
This Extra Dry gin is smooth & full-bodied, perfectly balanced with juniper, spice and citrus. A must-try for gin lovers. A serious, uncompromising smoky experience. Built around an elegantly smoky Islay malt matured in refill Sherry butts, the second peated whisky we have used comes from the Isle of Skye. No Name, No. 2 will transport you straight to the peat bogs and malt kilns of Scotland’s West Coast. Weighty on the palate, hugely complex and concentrated, No Name, No. 2 also introduces a degree of delicacy. Our second whisky in the series offers an elegant mix of dried fruit notes, reminiscent of red cherries, and even a floral quality.
Juniper at first on the nose, quite classic, but a structured spice backbone creates depth and complexity. Angelica, coriander and a bit of citrus. The palate has a distinctive creaminess to it, with a thick, rich viscosity. The base spirit itself has a nice texture, but it’s the flavors which make it. First a bit peppery, with juniper and lemony citrus fading into a long rich finish of pine-laden juniper, orange zest, pumpkin pie spice and licorice adding a hint of faint sweetness. The botanicals are richly colored, and balanced with a slight deference to citrus; however, still it feels nicely crafted and classic in construction.
Hints of playful pine immediately greet you on the nose. Muscular lemon oil builds out most of the aroma, with a dash of licorice root for good measure. The palate is creamy and unctuous. Early on citrus oils and mild sweetness hold court, before the flavor unfolds. Hayman’s Old Tom Gin segues seamlessly into juniper custard with a hint of baking spice, and then into earthy almost chewy licorice root.
The classic LoneWolf London Dry gin is given an extra layer of citrus and fragrance in this LoneWolf Cactus & Lime Gin. A classic Juniper backbone is layered with lime and topped up with the juice from Queen of The Night, an elusive and fragrant cactus flower that only blooms at night. Bold notes of lime citrus with sweet, fruit bursts of watermelon and lychee from the cactus and hints of floral.
