ABERLOUR 12YRS
The 12 year-old expression is a fine example of how the distinctively crisp, citrus character of Aberlour’s raw spirit is deftly softened by double cask maturation. Traditional oak and seasoned Sherry butts are both used to great effect, as the mellowed spirits within are combined to deliver a subtly balanced flavour. Soft and rounded, with fruity notes of red apple. A fine sherried character, balanced with rich chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and ginger spiciness. Warming and lingering, sweet and slightly spicy.
ABSOLUT KURANT
Absolut kurant is black currant, a typical Swedish berry from which the flavour is taken. It's smooth and mellow with a fruity black currant character and a hint of tartness. The main ingredients in absolut kurant are absolut vodka and black currant flavour. Absolut vodka is made from water and winter wheat.

ALKKEMIST GIN
Alkkemist Gin is born on a base of grain alcohol 3 times distilled. It is made in traditional copper alembics, with a quadruple distillation. Alkkemist Gin is the first gin that uses Muscat grape in its making. Fruit notes rush to the fore, with grape sweetness intact. Supporting notes come from clove, peppery juniper and a floral waft of rose. The finish has a subtle salinity of samphire paired with juicy orange.
ARDBEG UIGEADAIL
Rich and weighty with heady and smoky aromatics. At full strength, the initial aroma is a beguiling mix of warm Christmas cake and walnut oil fused with fresh ocean spice, cedar and pine needles, followed by a smoky coal fire and a deep scent of well-oiled leather. The sweetness of treacle toffee and chocolate-coated raisins bring indulgence through the smoke. Amazingly long and chewy with lingering raisin, deep mocha tones and rich aromatic smoke into the perfectly integrated finish.
AUCHENTOSHAN 12
A Single Malt Scotch whisky with a distinctive aroma of crème brulee to the nose with a burst of citrus and then the signature nuttiness and green leafiness you would expect from Auchentoshan. A smooth whisky taste with sweet notes along with hints of tangerine and lime characterise this 12 year old. This particular whisky offers a gingery and slightly dry finish with a pleasant, lingering nuttiness.
BALVENIE 14
A 14-year-old limited-edition Balvenie which finished its maturation in casks which had previously held Caribbean rum. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie, married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.

The Balvenie Doublewood 17 Years Old, the aroma is elegant and complex oak, vanilla, honeyed sweetness and a hint of green apple. It has a palate of sweet with dried fruits, sherbet spice, toasted almonds and cinnamon, layered with a richness of creamy toffee notes and traces of oak and deep vanilla and the finish of vanilla oak, honey and spicy sweetness.

A quintessential London Dry Gin, Beefeater has a remarkably clean flavour, with a bold juniper character that is balanced with strong notes of citrus. This gin is produced from 100% grain spirit. Showcasing the classic, floral and elegant Bruichladdich house style, The Classic Laddie is made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled, non-chill filtered and colouring free. Palate; Red apples and white grapes, with touches of sweet cinnamon and brown sugar. Still softly coastal and finishes with a mineral-rich malt, with toffee and more honey.
BULLDOG GIN
Grain neutral spirit (at 96% ABV) is infused with the all-natural flavours and aromas of BULLDOG Gin’s 12 distinctive botanicals inside a copper pot still. This allows the gin ingredients to macerate in the spirit before distilling, to release their essential oils, resulting in the creation of vapour.
CANAIMA GIN
A sharp, fruity South American gin, from the Amazon rainforest, Canaima uses 10 local botanicals alongside earthy juniper berries. The botanicals include acai berries, uve de palma, copuazu and merey fruit, creating a medley of fruity, floral notes and rich, earthy undertones.
