Cellier des Dauphins Côtes du Rhône Rouge Reserve is a red wine blend made from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes. This Grand Cru is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from mature vines averaging 30 years of age. It shows a deep purple color, with floral and fresh fruit aromas as well as notes of exotic spice. The palate is supple and round with notes of black plum, black cherry, cedar and cardamom, supported by smooth and well polished tannins. This goes well with Iberico roasted ribs.
