A complex and powerful nose, fruity and spicy notes due to red fruits and Morello cherry aromas. Well balanced and sophisticated palate with silky fruit flavours of cassis and damson. Oak notes are present without over-shadowing the fruit, lending spice, cedar, and a touch of vanilla to the long and persistent finish. Pairs with red and white meat, roasted vegetables and soft cheese.
