LES TROUS CYPRES FRANCOIS DULAC

A light and quite watery rose with a salmony-blush hue and faint notes of red berry, mineral and dried peaches. Seems quite ripe overall, the palate shows lemon curds and sweet peach jelly. This wine generally goes well with pork, vegetarian or poultry.
