Soft supple Victorian Shiraz, dangerously moreish by the glass. Bright, aromatic and juicy on the nose with just a touch of naughty bacon fat and white pepper. True to the varietal. This vintage is our brightest, most dangerously drinkable Shiraz to date due to its fine, bright fruit and soft silky elegance. Drink with Moroccan lamb tagine, roast vegetables and hard cheeses.
Grapes come from the vineyards of Navarra “Baja Montaña” with oceanic and Pyrenean influences. Blend of different plots such as “El Saso” and “Cenera” located at an altitude between 400 and 500 meters with sand and limestone soil with marl and pebbles. Is a fresh, silky, round and well structured wine. Aromas of red and black fruit, spices and pastry.
