Honeysuckle, ripe pear and some dried apple. So perfumed. Full-bodied with incredible intensity and length. So much green-apple character and lots of flowers. Dried mango, too. The touch of flor growth in the barrel gives this unique character. Goes on for minutes on the finish. Endless, vibrant acidity. Minerally texture.
ALAMOS CHARDONNAY
Made 100% with Chardonnay grapes from the youngest vineyards of the Catena family, located in the best areas of the high areas of Mendoza. Alamos Chardonnay is an aromatic white wine that is golden yellow in colour with greenish hues. The nose is intense, with tropical fruit, citrus and floral aromas. The palate is concentrated, with flavours of pears and figs. Sweet finish, with hints of vanilla and spices.
CELLIER DES DAUPHINS COTES DU RHONE BLANC
Composed primarily of Viognier blended with Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, this wine displays a bright hue with golden tints. This is a traditional style of wine characterized by a rich nose of yellow fruit and ripe peaches. The fresh palate reveals crisp, juicy notes of freshly-picked apricots combined with subtle toasted notes and a touch of vanilla on the finish. Pork, rich salmon, poultry, cured meat and cheese are the food that goes well with the wine.
