HAYMANS LONDON DRY GIN
Juniper at first on the nose, quite classic, but a structured spice backbone creates depth and complexity. Angelica, coriander and a bit of citrus. The palate has a distinctive creaminess to it, with a thick, rich viscosity. The base spirit itself has a nice texture, but it’s the flavors which make it. First a bit peppery, with juniper and lemony citrus fading into a long rich finish of pine-laden juniper, orange zest, pumpkin pie spice and licorice adding a hint of faint sweetness. The botanicals are richly colored, and balanced with a slight deference to citrus; however, still it feels nicely crafted and classic in construction.
HAYMANS LONDON OLD TOM GIN
Hints of playful pine immediately greet you on the nose. Muscular lemon oil builds out most of the aroma, with a dash of licorice root for good measure. The palate is creamy and unctuous. Early on citrus oils and mild sweetness hold court, before the flavor unfolds. Hayman’s Old Tom Gin segues seamlessly into juniper custard with a hint of baking spice, and then into earthy almost chewy licorice root.
HERRADURA ANEJO
Highly-regarded by aficionados worldwide, this wonderful Anejo has a beautiful pale gold colour, and a deliciously smooth, sophisticated palate. Mexico-Deep gold with a copper tint. Medium full body. Notes of herbs, cedar, citrus and vanilla. Rich, plush texture. Strong herbal entry. Warm and soft wood and brown spice elements build up. Long smooth finish.

This 100% agave tequila is aged for 11 months American oak casks which gives this tequila its deep copper colour and exceptionally smooth taste with notes of sweet cooked agave, vanilla and cinnamon. This additional time spent resting in charred American White Oak barrels creates a smooth, sweet finish with a slight taste of spice.
LONEWOLF CACTUS AND LIME GIN
The classic LoneWolf London Dry gin is given an extra layer of citrus and fragrance in this LoneWolf Cactus & Lime Gin. A classic Juniper backbone is layered with lime and topped up with the juice from Queen of The Night, an elusive and fragrant cactus flower that only blooms at night. Bold notes of lime citrus with sweet, fruit bursts of watermelon and lychee from the cactus and hints of floral.
LONEWOLF CLOUDY LEMON GIN
A brilliantly citrusy variation of BrewDog's LoneWolf Gin. The original recipe gin which features punchy botanicals along the lines of Scots pine, lavender, fresh grapefruit peel, and more is allowed to macerate with fresh Sicilian lemon peels for seven days, resulting in a full-on citrus flavour bonanza. Clearly lemon notes appear at the fore, but the spicy gin at its core is certainly no slouch, packing heavy notes of juniper and spice.

BrewDog's LoneWolf Gin packs a hefty juniper bite alongside a selection of punchy botanicals, which include Scots pine, lavender flower, fresh grapefruit peel and more.
