MACALLAN EDITION NO.6 has an antique brass colour and has the aroma of rich fresh fruits, nutmeg, ginger, chocolate, toffee, vanilla, and oak. It has a plum and sweet orange, cinnamon, nutmeg, balanced oak, toffee, and oats palate. For the finish, it has a long fresh fruit with spices finish turning to creamy chocolate and toasted oats.

The wine has a deep ruby color, with aromas of black cherry, plum, and a hint of violet. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and fruity, with flavors of black cherry, raspberry, and a touch of spice. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, giving the wine a silky smooth finish. This wine pairs well with pasta dishes, pizza, and aged cheeses.
MILLEFIORI LEGGERO APPASSIMENTO
A beautiful wine made from Corvina and Merlot grapes which have been semi dried in wooden creates, Appassimento. During this process the grapes will loose 50% of their original weight in water, thus concentrating the colour, aromas and flavour of the wine. The two wines ae then blended together in February after the vintage, with 50% of the wine being aged in first and second uses American and French barriques for 12 months. The wine has a lovely and intense ruby-red color with a bouquet reminiscent of cherries, dried fruit, chocolate and prunes. On the palate it is full-bodied, soft and round, with a pleasant spiciness and an amazingly long and lingering finish.

A very rich, multifaceted whisky, a rich palette, an abundance of shades and undertones, combining fruity, woody and mineral beginnings. Soft, enveloping, abundance of velvety woody tones, slight bitterness of the bark, sweet creamy caramel, candy tones, leather goods, sharp mineral motifs, oiliness, green and red apples.
PALLAZZO MAFFEI LUGANA
This wine is straw yellow with greenish reflections. It is dry and fresh wine that offers balanced sips, with good structure and a pleasant final softness. It typical sapidity highlights its characteristics. Thanks to the balance between its freshness and structure it excellently pairs with fish dishes, both freshwater or saltwater fish. It perfectly goes with asparagus recipes. To be served at 10°-12°C.

Cannonau is the local Sardinia name for Grenache. The Silvio Carta Cannonau di Sardegna has an intense deep red colour. The wine shows aromas of ripe red fruits with a spicy overtone. On the palate, the Silvio Carta Cannonau di Sardegna is dry, savoury, elegant and full with a good texture. The Silvio Carta Cannonau di Sardegna is best enjoyed with crispy pork.
