Deep red in colour with intense aromas of blackberries and spice with hints of mint. The palate is soft and round with slight spice and subtle herbaceous tones. The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the soils dominated by limestone and clay. On the tongue, this powerful red wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp texture.
GRANT BURGE BENCHMARK SHIRAZ
Grant Burge Benchmark Shiraz is a full-bodied, red in colour with hints of purple. It has a nose of ripe plums, liquorice, vanilla and wood spice. The palate is full of sweet fleshy fruit flavours and soft tannins, with plum and vanilla flavours with good persistence. Pair with sausages and mash with onion gravy, red meats. chargrilled vegetables.
HAYMANS LONDON DRY GIN
Juniper at first on the nose, quite classic, but a structured spice backbone creates depth and complexity. Angelica, coriander and a bit of citrus. The palate has a distinctive creaminess to it, with a thick, rich viscosity. The base spirit itself has a nice texture, but it’s the flavors which make it. First a bit peppery, with juniper and lemony citrus fading into a long rich finish of pine-laden juniper, orange zest, pumpkin pie spice and licorice adding a hint of faint sweetness. The botanicals are richly colored, and balanced with a slight deference to citrus; however, still it feels nicely crafted and classic in construction.
HAYMANS LONDON OLD TOM GIN
Hints of playful pine immediately greet you on the nose. Muscular lemon oil builds out most of the aroma, with a dash of licorice root for good measure. The palate is creamy and unctuous. Early on citrus oils and mild sweetness hold court, before the flavor unfolds. Hayman’s Old Tom Gin segues seamlessly into juniper custard with a hint of baking spice, and then into earthy almost chewy licorice root.

Hernö Juniper Cask Gin, the first gin in the world matured on juniper wood casks, is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, diluted to 47% ABV and gently matured for 30 days in juniper wood casks. The maturity gives more intense juniper notes finished with a long harmonious hint of citrus peel. Sublime thick texture with gentle dryness. A lot of green juniper upfront with herbal pepper, followed by a mild vanilla sweetness.
HERNO NAVY STRENGTH GIN
Hernö Navy Strength Gin, a bold flagship rich in flavour, is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, but with a higher abv of 57%. The difference in aroma and taste is very clear and Hernö Navy Strength has an overall richer flavour with bolder juniper, coriander and citrus.
