KI NO BI SEI DRY GIN
KI NO BI SEI is made according to the same intricate production method as the original KI NO BI, using 11 botanicals distilled in six distinct flavour categories, known as the 6 Elements. In contrast with the original KI NO BI, which has a delicate and gentle profile, KI NO BI SEI has a thicker mouthfeel and full-bodied flavour, which works well in cocktails.
KI NO TEA DRY GIN
KOZUE GIN
This gin features several botanicals local to Wakayama Prefecture, where it is made, including mandarin peel, lemon peel, and sansho. The juniper used is imported from Europe. However, what sets Kozue apart is the use of Japanese umbrella pine (koyamaki). The nose brings abundant pine and pepper spice, while the palate rolls out with citrus, pine, and spice. For a 47% ABV release, it’s extremely smooth and drinkable.
LONEWOLF CACTUS AND LIME GIN
The classic LoneWolf London Dry gin is given an extra layer of citrus and fragrance in this LoneWolf Cactus & Lime Gin. A classic Juniper backbone is layered with lime and topped up with the juice from Queen of The Night, an elusive and fragrant cactus flower that only blooms at night. Bold notes of lime citrus with sweet, fruit bursts of watermelon and lychee from the cactus and hints of floral.
LONEWOLF CLOUDY LEMON GIN
A brilliantly citrusy variation of BrewDog's LoneWolf Gin. The original recipe gin which features punchy botanicals along the lines of Scots pine, lavender, fresh grapefruit peel, and more is allowed to macerate with fresh Sicilian lemon peels for seven days, resulting in a full-on citrus flavour bonanza. Clearly lemon notes appear at the fore, but the spicy gin at its core is certainly no slouch, packing heavy notes of juniper and spice.
LONEWOLF GIN
BrewDog's LoneWolf Gin packs a hefty juniper bite alongside a selection of punchy botanicals, which include Scots pine, lavender flower, fresh grapefruit peel and more. A creamy mouthfeel carries hot spices and oily juniper, with a deftly balancing citrus influence. Dig a little deeper and the earthy-though-refreshing notes of lemongrass and lime leaf take control.
LONEWOLF GUNPOWDER GIN
LONEWOLF PEACH AND PASSIONFRUIT GIN
The craft spirit is infused with juicy white peach, sweet passionfruit and a hint of yuzu (a hybrid of lemon and mandarin), ideal for creating thirst-quenching tipples.
Serving recommendation: Pour 25ml LoneWolf Peach and Passionfruit Gin into an ice-filled glass, followed by 150ml premium light tonic water. Garnish with a fresh slice of peach or orange wedge.
ORI-GIN
Based on the tropical flavor, it is mixed with Okinawa honey and perfectly combined with 9 other plant herbs, making it an old Tom gin with Okinawa flavor. The palate has a menthol quality, along with cinnamon, more plum and Danish pastries. And the finish has an oily juniper, cardamom and cumin, and lots of hops.
PORTOBELLO ROAD GIN
On the palate Portobello Road Gin has a generous slug of juniper and a sustained, fresh citrus character from the use of lemon, bitter orange and coriander, which then develops into a sweet peppery finish, achieved by the use of liquorice and nutmeg. Tasting note is clean, classic gin nose, crisp lightly herbal and spicy. Fresh pepper from fresh crasked black pepper to bright bell pepper. Engaging juniper finish with a touch of cool chilli. Best served simply with tonic and a grapefruit twist.
