At release, distinct aromas of black cherries and ripe strawberries abound with secondary spice, sweet mocha and cigar box characters evident. At release, this wine is medium to full-bodied with lush red berry, plum and cherry fruit characters. The fruit flavours are balanced by undertones of creamy mocha, spice & subtle savoury characters. The palate has a soft, velvety texture with grainy tannins through the mid-palate and a long, persistence to finish.

Taylor’s Wakefield Estate Shiraz is a bold red wine that brings flavors of dried herbs and dense fruit. This wine should smell like black plum skin, thyme, and raw tobacco. A taste to the mouth is rich with macerated strawberries, nutmeg, black olives, and blackberry. With that being said if you’re a fan of dry wine, Taylor’s Wakefield Estate Shiraz is what you need. This wine is the best with a meal of protein.

This Pinot Grigio comes from the beautiful shores of Lake Garda, brimming with yellow fruits, tropical hints of melon, and a mild citrus taste. A fresh bouquet of peach, yellow apple, exotic pineapple, and white flowers emerges from the beginning - this is not a wine for aging, it should be enjoyed now, in its youth. This vintage is elegant and smooth, with a long finish that envelopes the tastebuds in its delightfully fresh flavours. It will work well as an aperitif or with a main course, accompanied by a starter such as focaccia, or any sort of seafood main.
