Beautiful garnet colour with glints of deep purple. The nose is initially quite discreet, offering fresh almonds and hint of smoke, it then develops aromas of blackberries and the star anise with aeration. Rounded, delicate palate with silky tannins on the finish.

CELLIER DES DAUPHINS COTES DU RHONE ROUGE RESERVE
Cellier des Dauphins Côtes du Rhône Rouge Reserve is a red wine blend made from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes. It is known for its rich and robust flavor profile, with notes of dark fruit, black cherry, blackberry, and hints of spice. The wine also has a good balance of tannins and acidity, with a smooth and long finish. This wine is meant to be enjoyed with hearty meats, game, and strong cheese.
CHATEAU BILLERON BOUQUEY SAINT EMILION
This Grand Cru is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from mature vines averaging 30 years of age. It shows a deep purple color, with floral and fresh fruit aromas as well as notes of exotic spice. The palate is supple and round with notes of black plum, black cherry, cedar and cardamom, supported by smooth and well polished tannins. This goes well with Iberico roasted ribs.
CHATEAU CANTIN SAINT EMILION
It offers a wonderfully dense, purple-red colour. To the nose, this Château Cantin red wine reveals all manner of dried plums, dried fruit, violets, roses and fruit breads. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, Mediterranean herbs, juniper, and lovage are added due to the aging in small wooden barrels.
