CANAIMA GIN
A sharp, fruity South American gin, from the Amazon rainforest, Canaima uses 10 local botanicals alongside earthy juniper berries. The botanicals include acai berries, uve de palma, copuazu and merey fruit, creating a medley of fruity, floral notes and rich, earthy undertones. ALKKEMIST GIN
Alkkemist Gin is born on a base of grain alcohol 3 times distilled. It is made in traditional copper alembics, with a quadruple distillation. Alkkemist Gin is the first gin that uses Muscat grape in its making. Fruit notes rush to the fore, with grape sweetness intact. Supporting notes come from clove, peppery juniper and a floral waft of rose. The finish has a subtle salinity of samphire paired with juicy orange.
