A medium-bodied Shiraz of moderate alcohol, this wine has a lovely soft palate with ripe, rounded tannins, some lifting acidity and an attractive core of ripe Shiraz fruit. Ripe black cherry and blueberry fruit with a hint of spice and some slight toasty, vanilla new oak notes.
Fruity nose with notes of forest undergrowth and a hint of toast. Soft and delectable, this is a well-balanced wine with good substance and well-integrated tannins. Lovely fruit and liquorice on the finish. A fine accompaniment to roasted or grilled meats, poultry, vegetables and mild cheeses.
Brilliant red-violet color, developing aromas of cherry, plum and spices. The finish is round and fruit forward with pleasant tannins, representing faithfully the character of the variety.
