ESPRIT DE PAVIE BORDEAUX
Esprit de Pavie Bordeaux is a red wine blend made from the classic Bordeaux grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. It is known for its elegant and complex flavor profile, with notes of dark fruit, black cherry, black currant, and hints of cassis, as well as a touch of spice and vanilla. The wine has a good balance of tannins and acidity, with a smooth and long finish. Esprit de Pavie Bordeaux is a wine that pairs well with grilled meats, hearty stews, and strong cheese.

FLEURS DE PRAIRIE COTES DE PROVENCE ROSE
Fleurs de Prairie translates as wildflowers, celebrating the beautiful fields of wisteria, lavender, poppy, and sunflowers carpeting Provence. Fleurs de Prairie is a pale salmon color with delicate flavors of strawberry, rose petals, and herbs. Its bright, refreshing acidity makes it a perfect companion with a meal or as an aperitif.
HAYMANS LONDON DRY GIN
Juniper at first on the nose, quite classic, but a structured spice backbone creates depth and complexity. Angelica, coriander and a bit of citrus. The palate has a distinctive creaminess to it, with a thick, rich viscosity. The base spirit itself has a nice texture, but it’s the flavors which make it. First a bit peppery, with juniper and lemony citrus fading into a long rich finish of pine-laden juniper, orange zest, pumpkin pie spice and licorice adding a hint of faint sweetness. The botanicals are richly colored, and balanced with a slight deference to citrus; however, still it feels nicely crafted and classic in construction.
HAYMANS LONDON OLD TOM GIN
Hints of playful pine immediately greet you on the nose. Muscular lemon oil builds out most of the aroma, with a dash of licorice root for good measure. The palate is creamy and unctuous. Early on citrus oils and mild sweetness hold court, before the flavor unfolds. Hayman’s Old Tom Gin segues seamlessly into juniper custard with a hint of baking spice, and then into earthy almost chewy licorice root.
HERNO DRY GIN
Herno is distilled with eight botanicals; juniper, cassia, lemon peel, vanilla, coriander, lingon berries, black pepper and meadosweet. Hernö Dry Gin has a round juniper character, fresh citrus notes and a floral complexity. Hernö Dry Gin lingers on with long-lasting citrus and juniper with a hint of black pepper.
HERNO JUNIPER CASK GIN
Hernö Juniper Cask Gin, the first gin in the world matured on juniper wood casks, is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, diluted to 47% ABV and gently matured for 30 days in juniper wood casks. The maturity gives more intense juniper notes finished with a long harmonious hint of citrus peel. Sublime thick texture with gentle dryness. A lot of green juniper upfront with herbal pepper, followed by a mild vanilla sweetness.
HERNO NAVY STRENGTH GIN
Hernö Navy Strength Gin, a bold flagship rich in flavour, is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, but with a higher abv of 57%. The difference in aroma and taste is very clear and Hernö Navy Strength has an overall richer flavour with bolder juniper, coriander and citrus. Hernö Navy Strength Gin is spicy and peppery with a mellow warmth, a long and lingering, yet smooth, finish.
LA VIE EN ROSE
LE GIN CALVADOS CASK FINISH
The base spirit is made with a combination of over 30 different cider apple varieties, and the botanicals are inspired by the aromas of Calvados (apart from juniper). These botanicals include lemon, ginger, rose, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla and almond. This particular expression has even enjoyed a finishing period in Calvados casks.
LE GIN CARMINA
Carmina is made according to the same principles as the original Le Gin, each flavour is macerated and redistilled separately to optimize the extraction of flavours. The distillates are then blended before bottling. This time the bouquet is summery. It combines flowers and fruits with the use of raspberry, black currant, elderflower, vanilla, lemon and orange in addition to juniper and cider apple varieties from Normandy.
LES TROUS CYPRES FRANCOIS DULAC
LONEWOLF CACTUS AND LIME GIN
The classic LoneWolf London Dry gin is given an extra layer of citrus and fragrance in this LoneWolf Cactus & Lime Gin. A classic Juniper backbone is layered with lime and topped up with the juice from Queen of The Night, an elusive and fragrant cactus flower that only blooms at night. Bold notes of lime citrus with sweet, fruit bursts of watermelon and lychee from the cactus and hints of floral.
LONEWOLF CLOUDY LEMON GIN
A brilliantly citrusy variation of BrewDog's LoneWolf Gin. The original recipe gin which features punchy botanicals along the lines of Scots pine, lavender, fresh grapefruit peel, and more is allowed to macerate with fresh Sicilian lemon peels for seven days, resulting in a full-on citrus flavour bonanza. Clearly lemon notes appear at the fore, but the spicy gin at its core is certainly no slouch, packing heavy notes of juniper and spice.
LONEWOLF GIN
BrewDog's LoneWolf Gin packs a hefty juniper bite alongside a selection of punchy botanicals, which include Scots pine, lavender flower, fresh grapefruit peel and more. A creamy mouthfeel carries hot spices and oily juniper, with a deftly balancing citrus influence. Dig a little deeper and the earthy-though-refreshing notes of lemongrass and lime leaf take control.
