HERNO JUNIPER CASK GIN
Hernö Juniper Cask Gin, the first gin in the world matured on juniper wood casks, is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, diluted to 47% ABV and gently matured for 30 days in juniper wood casks. The maturity gives more intense juniper notes finished with a long harmonious hint of citrus peel. Sublime thick texture with gentle dryness. A lot of green juniper upfront with herbal pepper, followed by a mild vanilla sweetness.
ALKKEMIST GIN
Alkkemist Gin is born on a base of grain alcohol 3 times distilled. It is made in traditional copper alembics, with a quadruple distillation. Alkkemist Gin is the first gin that uses Muscat grape in its making. Fruit notes rush to the fore, with grape sweetness intact. Supporting notes come from clove, peppery juniper and a floral waft of rose. The finish has a subtle salinity of samphire paired with juicy orange.
BEEFEATER GIN
A quintessential London Dry Gin, Beefeater has a remarkably clean flavour, with a bold juniper character that is balanced with strong notes of citrus. This gin is produced from 100% grain spirit. Beefeater Gin contains nine different botanicals: juniper, angelica root, angelica seeds, coriander seeds, liquorice, almonds, orris root, seville oranges, and lemon peel.
CANAIMA GIN
A sharp, fruity South American gin, from the Amazon rainforest, Canaima uses 10 local botanicals alongside earthy juniper berries. The botanicals include acai berries, uve de palma, copuazu and merey fruit, creating a medley of fruity, floral notes and rich, earthy undertones. Try mixing 40ml of Canaima with 150ml of Pink Grapefruit Soda to create Canaima's signature.
