Rich and weighty with heady and smoky aromatics. At full strength, the initial aroma is a beguiling mix of warm Christmas cake and walnut oil fused with fresh ocean spice, cedar and pine needles, followed by a smoky coal fire and a deep scent of well-oiled leather. The sweetness of treacle toffee and chocolate-coated raisins bring indulgence through the smoke. Amazingly long and chewy with lingering raisin, deep mocha tones and rich aromatic smoke into the perfectly integrated finish.

A 14-year-old limited-edition Balvenie which finished its maturation in casks which had previously held Caribbean rum. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie, married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.
HERNO JUNIPER CASK GIN
Hernö Juniper Cask Gin, the first gin in the world matured on juniper wood casks, is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, diluted to 47% ABV and gently matured for 30 days in juniper wood casks. The maturity gives more intense juniper notes finished with a long harmonious hint of citrus peel. Sublime thick texture with gentle dryness. A lot of green juniper upfront with herbal pepper, followed by a mild vanilla sweetness.
