Beautiful garnet colour with glints of deep purple. The nose is initially quite discreet, offering fresh almonds and hint of smoke, it then develops aromas of blackberries and the star anise with aeration. Rounded, delicate palate with silky tannins on the finish.

CELLIER DES DAUPHINS COTES DU RHONE ROUGE RESERVE
Cellier des Dauphins Côtes du Rhône Rouge Reserve is a red wine blend made from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes. It is known for its rich and robust flavor profile, with notes of dark fruit, black cherry, blackberry, and hints of spice. The wine also has a good balance of tannins and acidity, with a smooth and long finish. This wine is meant to be enjoyed with hearty meats, game, and strong cheese.
CHATEAU BILLERON BOUQUEY SAINT EMILION
This Grand Cru is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from mature vines averaging 30 years of age. It shows a deep purple color, with floral and fresh fruit aromas as well as notes of exotic spice. The palate is supple and round with notes of black plum, black cherry, cedar and cardamom, supported by smooth and well polished tannins. This goes well with Iberico roasted ribs.
CHATEAU CANTIN SAINT EMILION
It offers a wonderfully dense, purple-red colour. To the nose, this Château Cantin red wine reveals all manner of dried plums, dried fruit, violets, roses and fruit breads. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, Mediterranean herbs, juniper, and lovage are added due to the aging in small wooden barrels.

CHATEAU DE DURFORT VIVENS MARGAUX
The nose is impressive of purity, intensity and brightness. The nuances of black fruits are in accordance with the floral,mineral and spicy notes. The barrel ageing is already outstandingly integrated with fine notes of coffee and vanilla beans. The first impression on the palate, shows a rich, fresh and balance wine. The texture is juicy and fleshy with a touch of minerality that keeps an elegant freshness. The finish is powerful and very long, with harmony and sweetness. The pairing with flavourful and generous dishes will sublimate the richness, the easyness and the power of the wine ; as with a stew of beef cheek, or just a dish of delicatessen and cheeses.

The wine has a good balance of tannins and acidity, with a smooth and long finish. Château de Lafont Rouge is a wine that pairs well with grilled meats, hearty stews, and strong cheese.
CHATEAU DES COMBES SAINT EMILION GRAND CRU
A complex and powerful nose, fruity and spicy notes due to red fruits and Morello cherry aromas. Well balanced and sophisticated palate with silky fruit flavours of cassis and damson. Oak notes are present without over-shadowing the fruit, lending spice, cedar, and a touch of vanilla to the long and persistent finish. Pairs with red and white meat, roasted vegetables and soft cheese.

CHATEAU DU GLANA SAINT JULIEN
Château du Glana Saint-Julien is a red wine blend made from the classic Bordeaux grape varieties, including 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. It is a wine that originates from the Saint-Julien region of Bordeaux, France. It is known for its distinct oak influence, gingerbread spices and toasted aroma backed by ripe dark berries. The wine has a good balance of tannins and acidity, with a smooth and long finish. Château du Glana Saint-Julien is a wine that pairs well with grilled meats, hearty stews, and strong cheese.
CHATEAU DUCRU-BEAUCAILLOU LA CROIX SAINT-JULIEN
The aroma has small black cherries, blueberry and wilted violets, the last becoming more intense as the initially tight-fisted wine opens in the glass. It is a medium-bodied with fine-grained tannin. There is very well-judged acidity and its texture is harmonious and silky smooth. While the finish, is loaded more in the mouth than on the nose at the moment, but it is a seriously classy “deuxième vin” that just needs a little more persistence on the finish.
CHATEAU LAROQUE SAINT EMILION
The Laroque is a blend of 99% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc, aging for around 16 to 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% new. The alcohol is 14.5%. Displaying a deep purple-black color, it slowly unfurls in the glass to reveal fantastically opulent notes of Indian spices, rose oil, dark chocolate and licorice, over a core of blueberry preserves, stewed plums and mulberries, plus a hint of dried mint. The medium to full-bodied palate is packed with layers of black and blue fruits, accented by exotic spices and supported by a racy backbone and velvety tannins, finishing long and perfumed.
